2 months agoI called to enquire about laser hair removal treatment, but I had a very disappointing experience. During my enquiry about the laser machine being used, to a lady staff .but she told me she don't know about the machine and she said Wait a sec .and she asked to somebody.because for me it was necessary to check about the machines and treatment.bcz I am a person that completed my laser session.so I need only maintanence session.So this is my right to ask.You are the people responsible for answer tht.if you guys don't know say don't know .don't use this kind of comments. I'm not sure whether it was a doctor or a staff member—say, "Nobody comes here after asking about the machine",He said very rudely .Hearing this made me feel uncomfortable and gave me the impression that genuine questions from client where not being taken seriously. I would recommend that others make proper enquiries and read reviews.and before choosing this clinic for laser hair removal or other aesthetic treatments.
