This is probably the only 1-star rating I’ve ever given. My mistake was buying a NOTHING charger from this shop instead of the official website. Exactly after just 6 months it began malfunctioning, randomly switching on and off.
When I returned it, the shop tested it on the seller’s phone where it happened to work, and they used that as an excuse to dismiss me. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the seller spoke very cheaply and with a goon-like attitude.
Even if the product issue was uncertain, the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable—especially when there are plenty of other stores that treat customers better.
