in the last weekI had a very disappointing experience with the facial service today. The beautician did not seem attentive or professional throughout the session. My face was not cleaned properly, and while applying the face pack, it was spread unevenly across my face, leaving residue behind even after the service was completed. Additionally, my eyebrows were not shaped properly and the overall result was far below expectations. The entire service lacked the care, precision, and professionalism that one would expect. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst salon experiences I have had.

She understood exactly what we wanted and gave us a neat, fresh look 💇♀️ Threading was done by Haritha, and it was quick and neat. Really happy with the result! Overall, the staff were friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place if you're in Thodupuzha
