in the last weekI visited Crystal Supermarket today at around 6:30 PM. I completed my shopping and billing, but I was very disappointed with the cashier's behavior. The cashier, Teen Jacob, was unfriendly, did not smile, and handled the purchased items carelessly by throwing them instead of placing them properly. Every product represents the hard work of many people, so they should be treated with respect. While making the payment, I briefly spoke to two of my colleagues on the phone regarding the payment. Since the payment did not go through initially, I had to make the GPay payment again. When I tried to show the payment confirmation screen, the cashier responded in a rude and impatient manner. I also asked for the price of a chocolate, but the cashier answered without even looking at me, which felt disrespectful. Overall, my shopping experience was very disappointing because of the poor customer service. I hope the management will address this issue and ensure that customers are treated politely and respectfully in the future
