2 months agoMy wife recently completed her A1 course and started the A2 course, which was conducted online. One major advantage of this institution is the flexibility in scheduling. However, we were very disappointed to discover, when the course was already about 75% complete, that the institution does not adequately train students in listening, reading, and writing skills. The focus seems to be almost entirely on grammar, and that's it. There is no official textbook being followed. In fact, there is no textbook-based teaching or practice at all. My wife stopped attending her A2 classes due to the lack of interaction from the teacher. In the online classes, the teacher does not switch on her camera, which makes the sessions feel impersonal. Moreover, she simply rushes through the daily lessons as though she is not interested in teaching. Another disappointment was the app, which was not functioning properly because of technical issues. There are a lot of issues that need to be addressed. Please fix them. I would not recommend this institution unless these problems are resolved. The 1 star is only for time flexibility.
