Me and my friend went there for getting blow-dry for an event on May 9 (Saturday). Initially they said the rate was 450 for medium hair. After hair wash, the lady simply dried my hair and called it a "blow-dry". I had to explain to her what an actual blow-dry is supposed to look like. I specifically mentioned that I wanted a bouncy, wavy finish, but she clearly did not understand the request. She used a comb awkwardly for a few minutes and then told me that since my hair is naturally straight, a blow-dry wouldn’t work properly or last till evening. A professional hairstylist should know basic styling techniques and how to handle different hair types and styling requests. Instead, the employees were rude, dismissive, and lacked even basic hairstyling skills. In the end, they charged me ₹500 for this so-called “service.” For my friend, who has curly hair, they charged ₹650. Not only did the styling fail to stay till evening, but her hair also felt damaged afterward. It honestly felt like a complete waste of money, and I genuinely do not understand how this place has so many positive reviews. Very unprofessional experience overall.

I am really unhappy with the makeup service. The finishing was very poor lips and eyes were not done properly, and overall it did not look neat or professional. The saree draping was also very boring and not up to the mark. Honestly, the quality of work does not match the price charged. Very disappointing experience.
