2 weeks agoVery disappointing experience. I took my 5-year-old son here for a haircut, expecting a professional service considering the Toni & Guy name and the price. Unfortunately, the haircut was very average , nothing that you couldn’t get from a normal local salon for much less. The salon was extremely hot and uncomfortable, and the AC was not working. There was also an unpleasant smell inside. I complained about the heat and even requested a fan from one of the staff members, but she did not respond or acknowledge my request and simply walked away. Another staff member was sitting there with no smile, no communication and no welcoming attitude at all. The overall customer service made me feel as though I was asking for a free service rather than paying a premium price. If you are charging premium prices, customers should receive premium service, professionalism and basic comfort. Unfortunately, I experienced none of that here. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place. I don’t see the point in paying more for an average haircut and poor customer service.
