a year agoI had a very bad experience with this photographic team. I was told inn my package that all the edited and unedited photos will be there in the pen drive. But not even a single photo was there. Even after three months after function i am asking them for the photos. They are not even responding.The owner used to call continuously for money but when we call them for what we have paid for he will not pick the call or will respond to a message. I hired them almost three months before my kids baptism seeing their pictures in Instagram. Everything went nicely after the event. Even though i never asked for an album.. It was the owner who persuaded me for an album and i agreed. Inspite of calling and asking them hundred times for the highlights video which was the only thing i asked from the beginning that I needed it before my kids birthday. They didn't give only and took almost one month to deliver a 3 minute video. These people are just money oriented with no responsibility and proper communication. They are not at all suitable for events like baptism.
