a week agoI extremely disappointed witg the customer service at this outlet. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional.Buying gold is a special experience but his ( Binoj) behavior ruined it.I would not recommended this branch to anyone looking for a pleasant experience.

a week agoMe, my wife, and my father had visited your Thodupuzha showroom recently. We are regular customers of this shop, which is why this experience was even more disappointing for us. The behavior and attitude of Manager Binoj were not professional or welcoming. As a manager represents the face of a company, customers naturally expect respect, proper communication, and good customer service. Unfortunately, our experience this time was not satisfactory. I hope the management seriously looks into this matter and takes necessary steps to improve customer handling in the future.
