a month agoLoyalty means nothing to Josco Jewellers – Moving on to better options I have been a loyal customer of Josco Jewellers for years, always making it a point to buy from them whenever we visit home in Thodupuzha during our annual vacation. Having made significant purchases across years, Josco was always my absolute first choice. Unfortunately, true customer service and loyalty are like insurance—you only see what they're really made of when a problem arises. This week, I visited the branch with every intention of making another major gold purchase, while also bringing in an earring we bought from them last year as a gift that had a quality defect. Instead of handling the issue with basic courtesy or accountability, the staff and management were hell-bent on making excuses and finding justifications. There was zero regard for my years of patronage. What Josco failed to do, their competitor handled effortlessly. I walked straight out of Josco and went over to Malabar Gold. Not only did I make my new gold purchase with Malabar Gold, but their team also kindly fixed the defective earring I bought from Josco—a basic courtesy Josco couldn't even muster for a repeat customer. No thank you, Josco. You have officially seen the last of my business. There are far more worthwhile and customer-focused jewellers available. To anyone considering buying gold here: think twice about how you'll be treated if you ever face a quality issue.

3 months agoI extremely disappointed witg the customer service at this outlet. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional.Buying gold is a special experience but his ( Binoj) behavior ruined it.I would not recommended this branch to anyone looking for a pleasant experience.

3 months agoMe, my wife, and my father had visited your Thodupuzha showroom recently. We are regular customers of this shop, which is why this experience was even more disappointing for us. The behavior and attitude of Manager Binoj were not professional or welcoming. As a manager represents the face of a company, customers naturally expect respect, proper communication, and good customer service. Unfortunately, our experience this time was not satisfactory. I hope the management seriously looks into this matter and takes necessary steps to improve customer handling in the future.
