a month agoVery disappointing experience with this particular branch. There is a serious lack of LOYALTY, TRANSPARENCY & RESPECT towards customers, even when you simply call them to gather information. If you are sending your parents or elderly family members to buy gold while you are not there, I would strongly advise you to be very careful. Always double-check the gold rate, making charges and the final price before purchasing. Kerala has a prevailing gold rate for the same day and time, but I was given different rate information here, which made me seriously question their transparency. Customer service was also extremely disappointing. I did not feel respected by the staff, and unfortunately, the experience was no better even at the manager level. If you are planning to buy gold, I would suggest trying another branch or a different seller.
