⭐ 1/5 Completely disappointing and disturbing experience at Kenn Saloon. I went there around 6 PM and had planned to take three services. I started with a cleanup, but the experience was extremely uncomfortable from the beginning. The staff members who attended to me were very rushed and their attitude felt rude and unwelcoming. I honestly felt scared and uncomfortable during the cleanup because I didn’t feel that I was being treated with enough care or patience. I also found it difficult to explain what I wanted because of the way I was treated. After the cleanup, I decided not to continue with the other two services and simply left the salon. The attitude and behaviour of the staff completely ruined my experience. A salon should make customers feel comfortable, respected and cared for. Unfortunately, I experienced none of that during my visit. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I personally would not go back, and I would advise others to think twice before choosing this place. I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and improves the way customers are treated.

Please avoid this place at all costs!!! They completely ruined a wedding blouse and showed zero accountability. The initial fit was dreadful, and instead of listening to our feedback, they just added awkward extra fittings that made it look even worse. They simply didn't care that it was for a major occasion.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this stitching centre and strongly advise against going here. We entrusted them with a wedding blouse, and the final delivery was completely botched. The initial fit was disastrous, and when we raised complaints, the staff was dismissive and flat-out refused to accept our suggestions about how it should fit. Instead of properly altering it, they haphazardly added extra fittings, which made the blouse look absolutely horrible. They showed zero care or professionalism despite knowing this was for a highly important occasion. The garment was so badly mangled that after the wedding, no other tailor would even accept it for alterations due to its ruined condition. We had no choice but to bring it back to this shop to finally fix the fit. We left it with them for a full month, only to discover they hadn't even looked at it during that entire time. When we went to collect it, they had the audacity to take the measurements all over again right then and there. The customer service is atrocious, and the tailoring is incredibly poor. Save your money, time, and peace of mind. You are far better off giving your work to a local neighborhood tailor—they are infinitely more skilled, responsible, and reliable than this shop. Please do not go here...
