a month agoVery bad experience with LensArt Cinemas – Not Recommended We hired LensArt Cinemas for my daughter’s birthday function. Initially, they agreed to provide 10 edited photos as part of the package. However, after the event, they started asking to pay ₹6,000 without first providing even the promised edited photos The next day, they shared the unedited photos via Google Drive and kept repeatedly asking for payment. Trusting their promise, we paid the ₹6,000 and requested the 10 edited photos. After receiving the payment, they completely stopped responding — no replies to messages, no answer to calls, and no communication for nearly 1 week. Finally, after repeated follow-ups, they sent the 10 edited photos, but the quality was extremely disappointing. The photos looked unnatural, almost like AI-generated cartoon/painted images, with issues like our hair appearing white and unrealistic. These are not photos we can even use or post. We raised a complaint about the poor quality, but again received no response. Overall, this was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. We paid ₹6,000 and did not receive the quality or service promised. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this photographer to anyone.
