2 weeks ago"I had a terrible experience at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, Thodupuzha. I visited with my entire family, including a newborn baby, yet the staff showed zero consideration. We usually purchase from Jaico Jewellery or Josco in Thodupuzha, but we chose Malabar this time only because they offered gold booking. It was a huge mistake. Even though we booked six months ago, they assigned us an inexperienced trainee. It felt like we were being penalized because the gold rate had risen; the original staff member who was helpful during our booking ignored us completely this time. The collection was pathetic, with only 5 to 7 models shown. Their dismissive sales behavior was unprofessional and insulting. I will never visit this shop again, and I strongly recommend others stay away and stick to more reliable local jewelers. Extremely disappointing.

The salesman Harikrishnan was very cooperative and helpful all along with smiling. Must mention about the the store head Mr. Gerald who was very helpful and friendly and respected our expectations up to the maximum limit. I strongly recommend this Malabar store for everyone.
