3 weeks agoI came to your salon after seeing the any length offer for Hair Smoothing + Keratin. However, because my hair was longer than expected, you only treated part of my hair and did not complete the treatment all the way to the ends. After the treatment, my hair became badly damaged, and I experienced significant hair loss. Moreover, the results did not even last for six months, despite what I was led to expect. I am extremely disappointed with this experience.This wasn't my first time getting a hair smoothing treatment. I've had it done before without any issues. However, it was only after getting it done at your salon that I experienced severe hair damage and excessive hair loss. The results didn't even last as long as they should have, which makes me question the quality of the products or service used. My hair became completely damaged, and I suffered significant hair loss. Because of this experience, I will never choose your salon again.
