had pre-booked my makeover a day in advance, but when I arrived, the place was extremely crowded with clients .While the staff were polite and hardworking despite being clearly exhausted, the overall experience felt quite rushed. It would be helpful if the team could inform clients in advance when they are overbooked, rather than accommodating too many people at once. Even though the final makeup looked decent , the process lacked attention to detail—we had to remind them about basic elements like curling the bangs. I was charged ₹5000 for HD makeup, with an extra ₹600 for eyelashes and lenses, which are usually included in basic packages at many other studios even in Kochi’s top most makeup artists places that I visit and when I asked for lashes and lenses they could inform me the cost rather than silently including it in the bill at last,also they just applied the foundation so much only limited to my face that the head and neck looked like that of two different people all because they were all so much rushed and overloaded with work , though the quality of work seems good, but the service experience needs improvement. With better time management and more attention to each client, they could offer a much better overall experience as they have vast space and many things that puts them above others only if they focus on an improved service too ..

I had a very bad experience here. I went for eyebrow threading, and the staff caused a scratch that turned into a wound. Very disappointed with the service."
