a week agoPoor Customer Service No customer service at all, and not even a staff member bothers to ask what customers are looking for. Most of the items I need are not available. I’m a regular customer who visits at least 3 times a week, but unfortunately, there seems to be very little concern about customer needs. In a busy city, finding parking and then spending time inside the store only to find that the required items aren’t available is really frustrating. More often than not, it feels like a complete waste of time.
