a month agoThis was not just a bad salon experience it resulted in actual injury. I went in for a hair colour service, and the stylist used a comb with a metal handle very aggressively to part my hair, repeatedly poking my scalp hard enough to cause pain and damage. Even after I asked him to be gentle, he continued the same way. During the bleaching process, my scalp started burning intensely. When I raised concerns, I was told it was “normal,” but the pain kept increasing. My head and even parts of my face started feeling numb, which was extremely alarming. After I got home, I realised the severity of the damage there were visible blood stains, and parts of my scalp skin are now coming off. This is clearly not a normal reaction and indicates serious mishandling during the service. On top of that, the final hair colour was completely different from what I had asked for. I paid 4500 for a service that left me in pain, with injuries, and completely disappointed. I would strongly caution others before trusting this salon with any chemical treatments.
