Very good customer service and prompt work

For the last 10 years, I’ve been maintaining my car at Popular Hyundai, Muvattupuzha, and have always had a great experience. However, this time, I decided to give my car to Pulimootil Hyundai, Thodupuzha, as it was closer to my location. I regret this decision and want to share my experience to help others think twice before making the same choice. I took my car for an AC repair, and when I got it back, I noticed damage that wasn’t there before. When I raised the issue, Anto told me that the damage occurred elsewhere and assured me that one of the parts would be replaced for free. However, later one of the staff members came and apologized, admitting that the mistake happened because they outsourced the AC repair. I was okay with this, as he was polite and promised to replace the damaged parts. When I returned for the replacement, Anto's behavior was rude and dismissive. He acted as if the damage was someone else’s fault, and that they were doing me a favor by replacing the parts at no cost. Additionally, there were black grease stains left on the cream-colored interior wherever they had touched, and they didn’t bother to clean it. When I asked about it, they simply told me I could clean it myself after the service. I’ve never had such a poor customer experience in the last 10 years, and I will never trust Pulimootil Hyundai with my car again. The damage, the carelessness, and, above all, the unacceptable behavior from the staff left me deeply disappointed. If you still decide to go ahead with them, please keep a before photo with timestamp or in a WhatsApp chat as proof as they don't keep any. That'd make things clearer. And be prepared to clean the car off the stains after service as they assume it's customers job to do so.
