About a month before going to Germany, I went to another dental clinic in Thodupuzha for treatment of two cavities in my teeth. I did not have any pain that day. I decided to have my teeth filled beforehand to avoid any dental problems after reaching Germany. I had told the doctor in advance that I was going to Germany. But the treatment experience there was very bad for me. The cavity was not cleaned properly and the tooth was filled with a temporary material using cotton. After filling the second tooth, I started to feel a lot of pain. By the end of the week, the tooth had turned black. When I showed it to the doctor again, he said that the tooth should be extracted without taking an X-ray. He asked for about ₹10,000 for cleaning and extraction. I felt that it was too much and left without continuing the treatment. That is when I came to know about Smile On Dental Clinic through a friend. I contacted him on Tuesday and went there that evening. My flight to Germany was on Sunday. Since I had very little time and the condition of my teeth was bad, I was also afraid that I would have pain after reaching Germany. As soon as I arrived at Smile On, I had an X-ray taken. The doctor explained the condition of my teeth very clearly by showing me the X-ray. One tooth needed Root Canal Treatment, and the other tooth was infected. The doctor also understood that there were some other complications, so proper treatment should be done without extracting the tooth directly. What I liked the most was the care and service at Smile On. The doctor and the staff made a lot of effort, knowing that I had very little time to go to Germany. They spent hours on me. Especially Dr. Remees Sir was very patient and caring. The treatment was completed in just 3 days and the necessary medicines were given. Now I have no pain or irritation. What I can say from my experience is that when choosing a dental clinic, you should give importance to proper diagnosis and treatment quality, not just fees. I don't want anyone else to have a bad experience like me. That's why I am sharing my personal experience in such detail. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Dental Care and Truly Outstanding Service We visited Smile On Dental Clinic, Thodupuzha during our holiday in India, and honestly, choosing this clinic was one of the best decisions we made. We mainly came to India hoping to finally sort out my wife’s dental problem. She had been suffering with severe dental pain from a root canal problem for around 6–12 months in the UK. We had been dealing with the problem for a long time, and it was affecting her comfort and day-to-day life. From the moment we visited Smile On Dental Clinic, Dr. Remees and the entire team were extremely professional, caring and helpful. They explained everything clearly, treated her with great care and made what had been a very stressful experience much easier. I also had a dental problem that I had been struggling with for many years. I have had bleeding gums since around 2019–2020. Over the years, I have consulted different dentists in different places and had various tests and treatments. Every year, whenever I came to India, I would have scaling done, which would improve the problem for several months, but eventually the bleeding would return. I was given different possible explanations over the years, including vitamin deficiencies, but despite seeing so many doctors and having blood tests, the problem never seemed to have a proper long-term solution. At Smile On Dental Clinic, my teeth and gums were assessed properly and they also looked at my tooth spacing and bite. I was given a clear explanation of the treatment plan instead of simply being told to keep coming back for scaling. They also did a 3D scan of my teeth and showed the treatment plan and expected tooth movement clearly on the TV, which gave me a much better understanding of what was actually being done. I have now started my Illusion clear aligner treatment for my gaps and bite correction, and the whole process has been explained very clearly to me, including the attachments, different aligner sets and retention plan. What impressed us most was not just the treatment, but the care, patience and professionalism of Dr. Remees and the whole team. They took the time to listen to problems that we had been dealing with for years and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. We travelled to India mainly to get these long-standing dental problems sorted, and we are genuinely very happy that we chose this clinic. The entire experience, from consultation and diagnosis to treatment and explanation, has been excellent. A big thank you to Dr. Remees and the entire Smile On Dental Clinic team for the great work, excellent service and for making our dental experience so much easier and more reassuring.
