I visited this salon twice and both experiences were equally disappointing. There is a clear communication problem, especially for Malayali customers. The staff play loud Punjabi music and sing while cutting hair, which makes the environment uncomfortable and unprofessional. They also seem to be in a constant hurry, without even asking properly what haircut the customer wants. Both times I had different barbers, and both were rough on the face during trimming. They were even talking on the phone and to each other during the haircut, showing a lack of professionalism and concentration. I paid ₹180 for haircut + wash, but the hair wash was done lazily — just pouring a little water without properly soaking or cleaning the hair. The towel given had a bad smell, which is unacceptable for a salon. It would be helpful if the management kept at least one Malayali receptionist or staff member so communication becomes easier for local customers. Overall, a very poor experience. Needs major improvement in professionalism, hygiene, and customer service.
