What I observed was a leadership style that often felt inconsistent, with some students receiving noticeably different treatment from others. A school leader's responsibility is to create an environment where every student feels equally valued and heard. Unfortunately, that was not the experience many of us felt we had. Concerns were not always handled in a way that inspired confidence, and the perception of favoritism was difficult to ignore. Students may forget rules and speeches, but they rarely forget whether they were treated fairly. That is the legacy any school leader should think about.

a month agoI'm suryajith and i was a former just here and just wow like this school was so perfect for me TVIS helped me to improve my sports abilities an all and the hostel is like a 4-5 star food an all is so clean and the rooms too......
