a month agoHad a very true, humane and excellent experience with UK Vivah. Though the suit did not happen, i just want to emphasise how great these guys are. Found them from instagram and there is no doubt and very obvious that these guys are not just great suit makers but also a business that is able to give a newbie the most required aspect, that is confidence. Found so much details in their content that ranged from fabric, types, canvas, fit and so on. Gave me the confidence to know atleast the basics of having a suit made. Here’s my highlight. I had to cancel the booking due to personal reasons and that too at the last minute. I reached out to them for a cancellation with a simple message saying I would like to cancel and see if I can get a refund. Had a very polite and somewhat deep conversation of how we are all humans who are subject to uncertainties. Although i cost them a slot, Anees went ahead and refunded my advance. True professionalism always trumps and this was an example. Thank you for your help throughout our journey from January till now! Wishing you the best, Kiran.
