3 weeks agoPositive Friendly staff , moderate collection , good location. Exchange available for silver with half market price Neutral 80 and 82.5 percent silver ornaments only. Negative No proper bill describing making charges. Ornament Price per gram cost 930 while silver price around 200 -250 seems bit high.

a month agoNow all the shops are offering 92.5 silver. Most of the shops in Butt Vattakkal sell silver with 80 touch. So when I went there and asked them, the current rate for 92.5 is Rs. 255. Then when I asked them about the rate for one gram, they said that it will be Rs. 500 per gram. Then they said that the same rate as the current rate will be charged as processing fee. After that, I went to Bhima and bought from Bhima and there I got 20% processing fee for one gram. When they said that it was Rs. 250, the processing fee was around Rs. 25 per gram. When they said that it was Rs. 500 per gram, they said that the processing fee was Rs. 500. I am not saying that you should never go there. Everyone should look at everything and ask for it and buy it. They are giving you silver with less touch.
