I had a very bad experience buying from Ajmal Bismi. I bought my housewarming items from Ajmal Bismi. It included a washing machine and a double door fridge worth over ₹70,000. However, I did not receive the fridge on the date promised for the housewarming. Although I received all the other items on time, I had to wait for about two weeks to receive the fridge. When the fridge was delivered after two weeks, the damage was clearly visible on it. So I returned the fridge without accepting it. Even after this, the problems did not end. After about a month of using the fridge that I received, its board got damaged. When I went to the showroom to tell the manager about this problem, the manager's behavior was extremely bad. Instead of talking to a customer politely, the manager's behavior was hooliganism. This kind of behavior towards a customer who has paid for the goods is never acceptable. It is very sad to have to face such an experience after spending our hard-earned money on products. Please remember my experience before purchasing products from Ajmal Bismi. The way Ajmal Bismi's management treats customers and handles complaints is extremely disappointing. It is not enough to just take money from customers, the organization has a responsibility to resolve any issues they may have and treat them with respect. But my experience with Ajmal Bismi was quite disappointing. Good manager I had a very bad experience purchasing products from Ajmal Bismi. I purchased almost all the essential household appliances for my housewarming from Ajmal Bismi, including a washing machine and a double-door refrigerator worth more than ₹70,000. Unfortunately, the refrigerator was not delivered on the promised date of my housewarming. Although all the other products were delivered on time, I had to wait nearly two weeks for the refrigerator. When it was finally delivered, visible dents and damage were clearly noticeable. As a result, I refused to accept it and returned it. However, the problems did not end there. Within approximately one month of using the replacement refrigerator, its circuit board developed a fault. When I personally visited the showroom to report the issue to the manager, I was extremely disappointed by the manager's behaviour. Instead of speaking to a customer respectfully and addressing the complaint professionally, the manager behaved in an aggressive and intimidating manner. Such behavior towards a customer who has paid their hard-earned money for a product is completely unacceptable. It is extremely frustrating to spend our hard-earned money on household appliances and then have to go through such an unpleasant experience. I strongly advise others to consider my experience before purchasing products from Ajmal Bismi. The management has seriously disappointed me, particularly in the way customer complaints are handled and customers are treated. A business's responsibility does not end once it receives payment from a customer. It also has a responsibility to provide proper service, resolve complaints, and treat customers with respect. Unfortunately, my experience with Ajmal Bismi has been completely disappointing. The manager's behavior was particularly unacceptable and unprofessional. Very poor customer service and extremely disappointing management! Aggressive and Intimidating /Unprofessional Manager

We purchased a refrigerator from Ajmal Bismi, and the customer service was good at the time of purchase. However, after the delivery, we noticed that the glass shelf was broken. We immediately informed them, and they assured us that the damaged part would be replaced. Unfortunately, there has been no proper response or resolution from their side so far. Every time we call, we are told that they are waiting for approval, but the same response has been repeated without any action. Very disappointing and poor after-sales customer service. The experience after the purchase has been completely different from what we expected. Not recommended based on my experience
