a week agoWe purchased a refrigerator from Ajmal Bismi, and the customer service was good at the time of purchase. However, after the delivery, we noticed that the glass shelf was broken. We immediately informed them, and they assured us that the damaged part would be replaced. Unfortunately, there has been no proper response or resolution from their side so far. Every time we call, we are told that they are waiting for approval, but the same response has been repeated without any action. Very disappointing and poor after-sales customer service. The experience after the purchase has been completely different from what we expected. Not recommended based on my experience

a month agoSamsung TV purchased, no service assistance got till this fourth day of purchase. Ajmal Bismi Thodupuzha. Very poor customer service. I don't suggest to visit Ajmal Bismi Thodupuzha showroom. Pls go any other comfortable shops
