Nelloor Home Shoppe

Too much disappointed. I had purchased an Impex whale TV 32" from this shop on 24 th of august 2026,and the television was installed on the next day. Within one week the device started showing compliants as the powerlight was not properly working and we were unable to watch anything on the screen. On the same day i contacted the company service and there was no reponse. So I contacted the shop and they told we will contact the company and call me back and no such response was there. As i called them continuously they asked me to send the bill via whatsapp and they will register a complaint and service will be provided. After 2 days the service representative came and was informed about issues with a light (dont know exactly) and panel.Itbwas informed that the panel will be replaced with on one week. After some days the service expert informed that panel will be available only after one more week.. Very soon i contacted the shop four times continuosuly and there was no answer and no return call..on my 5th attempt they told me that they will contact tha company and call me back...i had waited for almost 3 plus hrs for a reply..msged them via whatsapp about the updates..and as usual there was no response..by noon a represnetative from impex company called me abd informed that panel will be only on next Tuesday...And after an arguement they told they will try to make it clear by saturday.. After this i called the shop again..another one picked up the call and i was asking for complete replacement or return of money as th tv was not even properly working for 1week..And i was not assured about the service that how can i believe that a device which cannot run for 1 week will be repaired correctly and work without interruption in future..Then also tehy told we will call you bcak for sure..As usual i waited for more than 3 hrs and there was no response..Again yesterday evening around 4.30 pm i contacted the shop and they informed that they will call back...As i was not satisfied about their call back..i was staying on the line till i got a response...The response eas they handed ove the compliant to the manager and i will he contacted by the manager and company represntibe ASAP..Till now nobody contacted me and as usual i contacted this shop for more than 4 times...its around 11.54 pm right now amd none of them called me back and tahts why i write this here... Those who need a peaceful appliance purchase pls dont go to this hell shop.. Thankyou
