2 weeks agoPathetic service and outright cheating. I paid for wheel alignment, but the car had severe side-pulling immediately after delivery. I brought it back, and they claimed to have re-fixed it, yet the issue persisted. I finally took it to an independent alignment center, where their diagnostic confirmed the alignment was completely off and had never been done. When I demanded the alignment test reports, this service center stalled for over a month before admitting they couldn’t provide them. They billed me for work they never performed, lied about fixing it twice, and failed to provide basic service proof. If they fake an alignment job, there is zero guarantee they performed any of the other services billed. Completely untrustworthy and incompetent—avoid this place.
