I came here to pick up my friend's car after service, I had heard that the nearest service station is very good. So I came here. But when I went to pick it up, I was completely disappointed, because none of the work they said was finished, I was very upset and decided to leave there so as not to bother you too much, a senior technician came and said that I will bring the car to you after some time. Ok Njan, since there was no other opinion on it, I returned it. When they brought it back to me, told me the shortcomings and explained the things, all the anger that I had was gone and I felt good that there was no noise there. They said that they could not finish it on time due to the shortage of their technicians. When they politely said that, the matter was solved there. I have said all this here, the attitude that you can see when you go to many showrooms. If you want, just stay or else take it and go, their mistakes will also be put on our heads, and it will get worse. Avide is completely different, they explained their situation properly and resolved things very quickly. Sometimes their service may be average (for me it's good), but they make their work beautiful with the way they interact. There will be shortcomings, the showroom program is known. But the thing is how they solve it and move forward. I am very happy with the work of the service staff who talked to me and checked.
