2 months agoI had a very bad experience with Horizon Motors. There was an extremely long waiting period for the vehicle, which forced me to cancel my booking. However, even after cancellation, my refund has still not been credited. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no proper response or clear timeline provided. This delay and lack of communication are highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I request Horizon Motors to process my cancellation refund immediately and improve their customer service to avoid such issues for other customers.
