Mahindra Horizon Motors India Pvt Ltd – SUV & Commercial Vehicle Showroom

Very disappointing service from the Mahindra Thodupuzha showroom. I visited last week with the intention of booking the 3-door Thar, but the staff’s attitude and approach towards customers were extremely poor. They lacked basic manners and product knowledge, which made the experience very uncomfortable. I requested a test drive and was told they would arrange it, but no one has contacted me yet. One staff member also collected my contact number, but I still haven’t received any details or brochure. I was genuinely ready to book the Thar that day, but because of this poor customer service, I’m now reconsidering my decision. Mahindra should seriously improve the way customers are treated at this showroom.

VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.THEY HAD NO STAFFS WITH REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE ,NO SERVICE IF ANYTHING HAPPENS WHILE DRIVING,NO SUPPORT FROM THEIR PART.I GAVE WHEN COOLANT STARTED LEAKING BUT THEY DID SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE AC PIPE STILL IAM SUFFERING DUE TO THEIR WRONG SERVICE..THEY ARE NOT AT ALL ACCOUNTABLE FOR WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THODUPUZHA MAHINDRA 👎👎👎.....
