Maruti Suzuki ARENA (Popular Vehicles and Services, Thodupuzha, MVP Road)

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Popular Maruti Suzuki, Thodupuzha. Due to the delay in delivering our vehicle, we decided to book a vehicle with Indus Motors. When we went to Thodupuzha to cancel our booking, they requested us not to cancel and assured us that the vehicle would be delivered before August 15. Trusting their assurance, we continued with the booking. Today is August 20, and the vehicle has still not been delivered. What is even more disappointing is that the vehicle tax has not even been paid yet. We were given three different chassis numbers for the same booking. Even after making the payment, we had to wait nearly two months just to receive the Maruti booking docket. The pending paperwork also remained incomplete for several days. The customer service and communication have been extremely poor. The manager, Sujith, often does not answer calls, and when he does, we receive different explanations. The Head Office manager, Binu, also did not take proper responsibility for resolving the issue. The executive gives one explanation, the manager gives another, and when we visit the dealership directly, we are told something completely different. This lack of proper communication and responsibility has made the entire experience extremely frustrating. When we approached Indus Motors, their staff treated us much more professionally and respectfully. Unfortunately, our experience with Popular Maruti Suzuki, Thodupuzha has been completely different. My humble request to the management is to please provide proper customer-service training to the staff, especially those in managerial positions. Managers should understand how to communicate with customers respectfully, clearly and responsibly. I sincerely hope no other customer has to go through such a frustrating experience.

Popular Arena Service centre.is taking money from the customer giving no service last month I gave service tothem for my maruti Alto .the vehicle was not using there fore battery down that was the fault .they said they give full sevice and took 11000 from me as service charges.saying they changed oil coolend wheel alignment and cleaning also repaired auto window These frauds did nothing neither changed the oil nor coolend when I received the car there was a noise coming.i though t recently I serviced. I took the vehicle to Kottayam . .there was no running for vehicle .when I checked we ith another person there was no belt . Problem for sensor.no oil changed.they only changed the belt asi already did the whole sevice as they claimed.i went a trip to thodupzha it the vehicle almost caught fire no cool end .Thesevare all frauds.takimg money fraudulently

Recently we had a car purchase. Very poor customer service.Once they get the money the entire attitude changes.Don’t trust their words.While purchasing the vehicle we didn’t get all accessories they offered before we paid the price .Don’t recommend them
