Very disappointing customer service experience from the TVS showroom in Thodupuzha. I recently purchased a scooter from this showroom, but unfortunately, the customer service was extremely poor. It felt like the staff were only interested in completing the sale and had little concern for the customer after that. My experience with one of the sales staff, Mr. George John, was particularly disappointing. His product knowledge and customer-handling skills were not up to the expected standard, and the way he communicated with me was very unprofessional. I faced this unpleasant experience not only on the delivery day but also during the days leading up to the delivery. I request the showroom management to seriously look into this issue and improve the quality of customer service. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, especially after making a major purchase.

Very bad service. Especially the washing department. If the vehicle had been left outside in the rain, it would have come out even cleaner than this.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service from this showroom, right from the purchase of my scooter until the service experience. I specifically took their service offer because it included pickup and drop. However, every time I call to arrange a pickup, they tell me that they are too busy with vehicles and ask me to change the day. Then what is the point of paying for a pickup-and-drop service? Customers choose this service because they are busy with their own work and daily responsibilities. If the showroom cannot provide the service when required, they should not offer it in the first place. Even during the delivery of my scooter, there was an unnecessary delay. The showroom told me that the delay was because of the MVD. When I personally contacted the MVD, I was informed that the showroom had not properly updated the required form and had not completed the payment. So, instead of taking responsibility for their own mistake, they blamed the MVD. From the initial purchase to the service center experience, my experience with this showroom has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I strongly recommend thinking twice before buying a vehicle from this showroom or taking their service packages. Customer service should be about respecting customers’ time and keeping the commitments made to them. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.
