2 months agoVery disappointing experience A brake overhauling charge (left and right caliper) was added to my bill even though brake maintenance was already included separately. Only after I clearly said I would complain to Honda, they removed it, which is extremely concerning. It honestly felt like the same work was being split under different names and charged again. On top of that, optional add-ons like AC cleaning, motor treatment, and engine cleaner were pushed without clearly explaining they are not essential. Ended up paying a high amount even without engine oil change. Felt misled and taken advantage of. Customers, please be very careful and question and understand everything before approving.
