Very disappointing experience with MG Coastline Garage, Thodupuzha I booked an MG Windsor from Coastline Garage, Thodupuzha, with the understanding that the vehicle would be delivered within the committed period of one month. However, even after repeated follow-ups, there was no proper or timely response from the dealer. After waiting for around 2½ months, I was informed that the ex-showroom price had increased by approximately ₹60,000. This information was not communicated to me in advance, and the prolonged delay has seriously affected my ability to consider alternative options. What is most disappointing is the lack of professionalism and proper communication from the dealer. If the delivery commitment had not been honoured, I should have been informed clearly and promptly so that I could make an informed decision. I am now requesting cancellation of my booking and a full refund of the advance amount. I expected much better transparency and customer service from an MG-authorised dealer. I hope MG management will look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action.
