Very bad service, very unprofessional. Service workers don't have any experience or knowledge. Some of them are not trained employees. They billed me for parts that not even replaced. And now my car is showing some new complaints after their services.

Very very very poor service, careless handling, irresponsible staff.

I'm tired of hearing that the vehicle will be delivered today and tomorrow. It's time to repay the loan amount in installments. Will anything happen now? Why open a showroom that can't even get the number plate from the RTO office? It's a pity.

Very poor service... No one should go here for service... They will give you a car that is very compliant when you give it to them... It's so bad. Later, if you call them to get the car cleared, they won't pick up the phone... If we go there again, they will apologize and keep the car there. Then they will say that there is no complaint... When we go to pick up the car again, there is another complaint. When this happened four or five times, I got angry... My speaker completely changed its function and turned it into a puddle. When I asked them to fix it, they didn't know how to do it and said they would take it to another workshop and fix it... I have never seen such irresponsible showroom staff and management in my life. Now I went to Indus Motors again, told them the details and asked them to fix it. The showroom called Myjo Maruti Suzuki operating at Achan Kavala, Thodupuzha, Vengallur is the one who caused me a lot of financial and time loss... Please, no one should get cheated by giving their service there... They are the ones who caused me so much trouble.

I have never seen such irresponsible showroom staff and management in my life. Finally, I had to go back to Indus Motors and explain everything to get the vehicle repaired properly. This showroom — Myjo Maruti Suzuki — caused me a huge financial loss as well as a lot of wasted time. Please don’t get cheated by giving your vehicle for service there. They caused me a lot of trouble.”
