9 months agoTOTAL WORST !!! I bought my used car from Thodupuzha so i got the fitness test appointment there. I even asked multiple times if I should shift it to my RTO to address area—nobody told me the truth. They told me it is ok no issues. I drove 130 kms for the test, spending on fuel and food, only to be told later that the process must be done at another RTO. After passing the test and completing everything, they suddenly refused. Now I not only lost that money, but I also have to pay the fees again, and redo the test. This is pure harassment and a total waste of people’s time and money. Officers like the Joint RTO, simply sit there without doing anything useful, living off the money of the public. No responsibility, no proper system. Total waste.
