Top Gear Hero – Permanently closed

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I visited this showroom to book an Xpulse Pro, but it wasn't in stock. I was told they would inform me when the next batch arrived, but I never received a call. A week later, I visited again, shared my finance details, and was promised a callback the next day. Even after another week, there was no response. When I followed up, I was told the finance staff was on leave due to a hospital issue and was asked not to check my CIBIL anywhere else. After that, I never received any update. I eventually bought my bike from another showroom. The showroom staff and finance team were very unprofessional. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

There is no other showroom as bad as this. They don't know how to service customers. They don't know how to talk. Very bad showroom. No one should ever go here for service. Some mechanics who don't know anything.
