a month agoIf you are planning on going to Drum pants, do yourself a favour - just SKIP this place. I had a very disappointing experience at this tailor shop in Thodupuzha. For a place that claims to be “famous,” the level of professionalism was shockingly poor. That man at the counter, he was extremely rude and dismissive when I tried to give my own measurement preferences. Instead of listening to the customer, he behaved as if my input didn’t matter at all. Tailoring is supposed to be a collaborative process, but here it felt like the customer has no say. Good tailoring isn’t just about stitching—it’s about understanding fit and respecting customer requirements.Unfortunately, this place failed on both counts. I would strongly advise others to skip this place. There are plenty of tailors who value their customers—this is clearly not one of them.

2 months agoI brought a material from there. Stitched there and it was not fit. Later they stitched and it was too tight. And they were trying to convince me that was good fit. Poor service.
