3 weeks agoIf i had an option to review 0 star, I would’ve given that. Worst worse experience from this unit. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. I gave my blouse for stitching on the 10th and was told it would be ready by the 17th. I came on the 19th, only to find out that they hadn’t even STARTED stitching it. What’s the point of giving a delivery date if you’re not going to keep it? I had to waste nearly 2 hours waiting there while they rushed to stitch my blouse only after I arrived. There was absolutely no sense of urgency or respect for the customer’s time. This is not how a professional stitching centre should operate. Completely irresponsible service and terrible time management.

a month agoAbsolutely loved the work! I got 4 dresses stitched for my brother’s wedding, and every single one turned out beautifully. The fitting, finishing, and attention to detail were just perfect. I couldn’t have asked for better results, and I received so many compliments! ❤️
