SBI Branch Vengalloor

I’m very happy with the service at Vengallur SBI branch. The staff complete all the work quickly, accurately, and with great dedication. People often don’t realize that the employees are handling important mathematical and financial transactions that require full concentration. When customers interrupt them or ask unnecessary questions while they are working, it becomes difficult for them to maintain focus — and sometimes this is misunderstood as arrogance. I’ve also noticed that some people do not wait for their turn and directly approach the staff even when they are attending to other customers. To maintain smooth functioning, I would suggest assigning a security person inside the branch. This would help manage the crowd and allow the staff to work without unnecessary interruptions. The entire team, especially the manager, deserves appreciation for handling everything so patiently and professionally. People’s attitude toward SBI really needs to change — they are doing an excellent job!
