a month agoVery poor service. They don’t even have a telephone number for NRIs other than the 1800 number which doesn’t work from abroad. Instead of providing tick boxes on the online portal for KYC updation at least for no change KYC, they expect you to send email and the time for this to reflect on the account is more than 2 working days. Such a hassle.

I have been trying to contact your team from abroad for the past month regarding a wrong transaction in my NRO account, but there has been no response to my emails. Additionally, the phone numbers listed on your website are not reachable, which makes it impossible for NRO customers like me to get support during urgent situations. This lack of communication and support is unacceptable, especially for financial matters that require immediate attention. I request urgent action to resolve my issue and improve your customer service for overseas customers. If I do not receive a prompt response, I will be forced to escalate this matter further.
