Additionally, the phone numbers listed on your website are not reachable, which makes it impossible for NRO customers like me to get support during urgent situations. This lack of communication and support is unacceptable, especially for financial matters that require immediate attention. I request urgent action to resolve my issue and improve your customer service for overseas customers. If I do not receive a prompt response, I will be forced to escalate this matter further. am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Federal Bank’s customer service. I have sent multiple emails regarding the linking of my NRO account with the FedMobile application, but the bank has completely ignored my requests. Not even a single reply or update has been provided despite repeated follow-ups. This level of negligence and lack of responsibility is absolutely unacceptable. It clearly shows how little importance is given to customer concerns. Very poor service and highly disappointing experience.”
