9 months agoExtremely poor service. Attitude of staff need a lot of improvement. They insist you to take token for counter transactions which is fair, now that being said, they call your token number but allow and entertain random people without token to jump the queue and take your place instead. When asked about it, they give no proper reply or ignore and insult those who are standing in line. There are three counters but inspite of staff sitting there, they would be closed no matter what the crowd is for transactions. The ATM is another mess, it makes you punch in everything only to display "Transaction Cancelled !" Asked the deputy manager about this and she says its cause the machine is old and sensitive. What the heck? Do you know how irritated other people in line at the ATM get when you take double or triple the time for no fault of yours but those in queue think you're fooling around and wasting their time? Sometimes they give you the eye or pass comments without knowing its the machine's issue cause this happens only with random ATM cards (SBI itself mind you). The only way things can work reasonably well here is if one sticks with online transactions instead of visiting the bank.
