4 weeks agoI had a very bad experience when I went to this Thodupuzha branch on Monday, May 18, 2026. The employees have no patience to talk to customers. They are not willing to listen or understand what we are saying; instead, they behave with an arrogance that we should only listen to what they say. When I applied for an ATM card, I was told that I would get it within two weeks. But when I inquired about not getting it on time, they responded in a very irresponsible manner. This is the kind of customer service that is not expected from a leading bank. The authorities should immediately intervene in this matter and take steps to change this behavior of the employees. Not at all satisfactory! (1/5 Star)"
