2 months agoBad experience by staff.I went to the bank to attest the copy of the passbook regarding the insurance amount of my wife's accident case to the bank (17/03/2026). The rule is that the passbook copy should be attested by the manager to get this amount. Policy rule. The senior manager was a lady and when I told her about this, she said that there is another staff and I should get it attested by them and said that this is their job. When I told her that the policy rule is like this, she said that the person who had the accident should come in person and when I said that the person is lying down with an injury, she said that she cannot give it. Even though I said that I can show the medical certificate, she did not agree. I went to another bank and bought it.

10 months agoVisited to complete a simple re-KYC process, which should have taken just 10 minutes, but ended up waiting for over an hour. When someone questioned the delay, the staff responded dismissively, saying, "process takes time here." Overall, quite disappointed with the customer service experience.
