E-Store Smartphone Cafe

Very disappointed with the service here. I visited the E-Store Smartphone Cafe to get a screen guard applied. The first time, it had visible air bubbles. I brought it back, and they replaced it, but the bubbles appeared again. I went back a third time for another replacement, and it still has bubbles. Three attempts and they still couldn't get a clean, professional application. I expected much better quality control.total cost - ₹650 for the screen guard. "Updating my review in response to the owner's reply: The owner has admitted that I purchased the screen guard from their shop, but is now publicly disputing the price, claiming they do not sell it for ₹650. I state with absolute certainty that ₹650 is exactly what I was charged and paid at your counter. If your shop is charging customers amounts that differ from your official or standard pricing, that is an internal operational failure, not a fault of the consumer. Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, charging misleading prices, failing to maintain transparency, and publicly calling a customer's genuine transaction 'false' to cover up poor service constitutes an Unfair Trade Practice. I have the digital payment proof showing the exact ₹650 transaction to your establishment. If you continue to deny the amount I paid to manipulate your online ratings, I will file an official complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) for unfair trade practices, misleading pricing, and deficiency of service. Instead of arguing over the money you took from me, you should focus on improving your product application skills.

Friendly staff, affordable prices, and a really good experience.
