4 weeks agoI had a very disappointing experience at the Jio Customer Care Service Centre today. I visited the store three times during regular working hours, but each time the situation was the same — the shutter was open, yet the main door was locked, and there was no staff present to assist customers. It is extremely frustrating to reach a service centre expecting support, only to find no one available. A customer care centre should be reliable and accessible, especially during working hours, but this one failed to meet even the basic expectations. Jio needs to ensure proper staffing and accountability at their service centres. Customers should not have to waste time and effort visiting multiple times without receiving any assistance.
