a month agoSorry to say this,I came to Jio's office in Thodupuzha to resolve a SIM-related issue and found that not only is the customer service very poor, but the people here have no knowledge whatsoever about customer issues. Jio should please try to hire people with at least basic knowledge. If you can't understand and resolve the issues with your product, then why are you standing by it?

3 months ago. disappointing experience at the **Reliance Jio customer center. Although the outlet shows as open, there is often nobody present to assist customers, which makes it extremely frustrating — especially when you visit expecting help. The lack of staff availability makes the service feel unreliable and unprofessional. A customer center should ensure someone is always present during working hours. This location seriously needs better management and accountability.
