Extremely poor service. The staff seemed to have very little knowledge about the issue, and instead of admitting that they didn’t know, they gave incorrect information with complete confidence. Because of this misinformation, one of my SIM got disconnected. What was even more disappointing was the lack of basic common sense to check with another office or a knowledgeable staff member when they were unsure about the matter. Customers should not have to suffer because of the staff’s lack of knowledge and unwillingness to verify the correct information. Very disappointing experience. The staff seriously need better training and accountability.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Jio Customer Care Service Centre today. I visited the store three times during regular working hours, but each time the situation was the same — the shutter was open, yet the main door was locked, and there was no staff present to assist customers. It is extremely frustrating to reach a service centre expecting support, only to find no one available. A customer care centre should be reliable and accessible, especially during working hours, but this one failed to meet even the basic expectations. Jio needs to ensure proper staffing and accountability at their service centres. Customers should not have to waste time and effort visiting multiple times without receiving any assistance.
