a week agoI recently visited Kalayan Siliks Thodupuzha. To be very frank I had very pathetic behavior from your staff especially the male staff in saree section. I guess he should be a floor manager. He told me like if I have not liked your collection better take the next bus and go home. Kalyan silks, Thodupuzha would you find this a professional behavior from your staff? Is this how you train your staff to talk to customers? Thank you so much Kalyan Silks I would make sure that I will ask all my near and dear ones to not purchase from Kalyan silks unless and until you are ready to face such a pitiful behavior from staff
