We received so many compliments on her gown during the celebration. The handwork and quality of the materials were amazing. The crown and veil were also beautiful. Teena and the staff were ready to listen to what we wanted, and helped us choose the perfect gown. My daughter loved her dress and felt so happy. The staff were extremely supportive and guided us with care and patience. Their service made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. 2 weeks agoWe had a very disappointing experience at this store. After purchasing a dress, we were not given a proper printed invoice. Instead, we received a handwritten slip with the GST amount. When we requested a printed bill, we had to wait for over 45 minutes. Our group included 2 babies, one child, and a few senior citizens, making the long wait even more inconvenient. Despite waiting all that time, we still did not receive a printed copy, they eventually sent us the invoice via WhatsApp instead. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. Poor customer service.

a month agoTeena Chechi, thank you so much for my daughter’s first holy communion dress. This was her dream dress that you made true! I am organising such an event for the first time and choosing the perfect dress was one of the hardest things to do because I wanted it to be a memorable day for my daughter and because of your help I could do so for her. Not just my family but everyone who attended the event complimented the dress and were shocked to find that the dress didn’t even need altering although the measurements were taken online by yourself. A very big thank you from myself and my family for making my daughter look so beautiful on her big day.
