I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel, which I believe did not live up to the expectations set by the price I paid. Firstly, I faced significant issues with the room facilities. There was no hot water available during my entire stay, and despite my attempts to seek assistance from the front desk, I found no solution. Additionally, the fan in the room was excessively noisy and had an abnormal movement, which led to very uncomfortable nights. Moreover, the landline in the room was not functional, and attempts to reach maintenance for support were futile. I learned that several other rooms are experiencing similar issues, as noted by maintenance staff. I was expecting a much higher standard of service and facilities. Regrettably, I cannot recommend your hotel based on this experience. I hope my feedback will be taken seriously so that improvements can be made for future guests.
