3 weeks agoScammer!!! Avoid this place completely. Initially, we visited in person and were shown Deluxe Double Rooms with AC. However, when we checked Agoda, the same rooms were available at a much lower price, so we booked two rooms online. When we arrived for check-in, the receptionist called the owner and then told us they would only provide non-AC Deluxe rooms, despite us booking the same room category that was shown to us earlier. We were then asked to cancel our Agoda booking and pay offline for the rooms we had originally booked. This happened at midnight while travelling with my family, which made the situation even more frustrating and uncomfortable. They appear to quote higher prices offline and then create issues when customers book through online platforms. Very poor experience - avoid this place.
