a week agoVery disappointing attitude of Mr. Titty ( main guy who took the order ) We had lunch recently and we wanted small fish like sardine or Natholli or any other types of fish.. when we asked him about that he was responding in a loud way this is not cheap hotel to have those kind of fish this is five star.. There is a way to respond to any questions from a customer please teach the basics of customer service... Customer is always right.. and our mistake was to just asked about what we want... We were totally disappointed in his reaction and body language also the way he shouted and reaponded
