⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Family Stay at Cloud 9 Hotel, Kothamangalam We full family , our two children, and our infant stayed at Cloud 9 Hotel, on 13th June 2026 for one night while attending a family function in Kothamangalam. We stayed in Room No. 204 suite room and had a truly wonderful experience.The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it very convenient. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We especially appreciated the suite room layout with an additional powder room, which was very convenient for a family stay. We arrived in the evening and proceeded to our function. Later that night, we enjoyed a delicious dinner served in the room. The food was outstanding, particularly the Squid Roast, which was absolutely amazing, and the Beef Roast, which was equally delicious. The next morning, had the complimentary breakfast was excellent with good quality and variety. The overall hospitality, service, and attention to guest comfort were commendable.A special thanks to Mr. Jiju, General Manager, and the entire Cloud 9 team for their warm hospitality and excellent service throughout our stay.We had a memorable and comfortable family stay and would highly recommend Cloud 9 Hotel, Kothamangalam to anyone visiting the area. Please do not go there for breakfast... Not only is it not worth putting in your mouth, but it also has the rate of a seven-star hotel. When I came to Kothamangalam, I went there without knowing. There is no service. There is no salt in any of the food, the egg curry has no salt, and the mouth is not even able to eat it because of the spiciness. Unbelievable price and terrible service. When I asked, they said it is 4 stars. It has no star quality. Not even one star to give. Don't go there just because of the good reviews, everything is paid....Please avoid the restaurant for breakfast.
